Implant Supported Dentures

Implant supported dentures are removable overdentures that are supported by dental implants. Implant supported dentures resolve many of the issues that may be caused by regular dentures, which may be loose or ill-fitting. An implant denture can be used when there are no teeth in the jaw. Implant Supported Dentures are typically used in the lower jaw because they provide more stability than a regular denture. Implant supported dentures can be removed or re-attached to special snap attachments. The procedure for implanting supported dentures can take between 5 months and a year. Once the procedure is complete, the implant-supported dentures will function much like natural teeth. Dr. Klele will consult with you to determine whether implant supported dentures are the right type of denture for you, and how long the process may take.  For an appointment call our office today.
